Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within the Outsourced Services practice. You will lead the people and adoption strategy for complex initiatives, embedding change management across the transformation lifecycle to achieve sustained business outcomes.

You will advise senior leaders, manage multiple workstreams, and develop repeatable methodologies to strengthen transformation delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading change management, tech-enabled transformation, or related advisory services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and owning change outcomes across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams supporting complex outsourced services engagements, business transformations, process improvements, technology implementations, and operating model changes.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies connecting stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, readiness, training, adoption, reinforcement, and benefits realization.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational, operational, role, capability, and workforce impacts and actions to achieve adoption.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, readiness, and adoption-risk assessments to identify affected groups and required interventions.
• Embed change activities, milestones, resources, risks, and measures into charters, roadmaps, and governance from the outset.
• Build stakeholder strategies across executives, decision owners, line leaders, managers, employees, and clients with clear accountability.
• Translate future-state processes, tech, roles into leader toolkits, learning experiences, job aids, and performance support.
• Define measurable readiness, engagement, proficiency, behavior, adoption, and sustainability outcomes and report to leadership.
• Identify resistance, leadership gaps, competing priorities, and mitigation actions with decision owners.
• Guide transitions to new processes, technologies, data practices, service delivery models, and operating structures.
• Establish quality standards and provide strategic oversight of change deliverables.
