EisnerAmper seeks a Manager – Project Management to lead complex operational, client-focused, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives within the Outsourced Services practice. The role requires translating business priorities into structured programs, governance, and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, service lines, technology teams, and vendors to drive adoption, manage risks, and ensure delivery momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, technology-enabled transformation, or related work.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, or cross-functional program leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives within the Outsourced Services practice.
• Translate priorities into charters, roadmaps, workstreams, governance, and success measures.
• Define outcomes, scope, budgets, and measures of success with firm and client leadership.
• Lead initiatives through full transformation lifecycle: opportunity definition, current/future-state design, implementation, adoption, and realization.
• Establish program governance, integrated plans, risk/issue management, and executive communications.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and interdependent workstreams across multiple projects.
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and required leadership actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across service lines, technology, data, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
