Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, technology-enabled transformation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, team leadership, or cross-functional program leadership experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, CCMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Planview, Microsoft Project.
• Strong governance, risk management, and performance reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Translate priorities into project charters, roadmaps, milestones, and governance structures.
• Define desired outcomes, scope, deliverables, budgets, and success measures with leaders.
• Manage full transformation lifecycle from opportunity definition to benefits realization.
• Establish program governance, risk/issue management, and executive communications.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and cross‑program dependencies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders and provide progress updates.
