Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, technology-enabled transformation, or related work.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, or cross-functional program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives within the Outsourced Services practice.
• Translate strategic priorities and client needs into project charters, roadmaps, governance, and milestones.
• Define outcomes, scope, budgets, resource requirements, and measures of success with leadership.
