Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 5+ years leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, or cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and tech-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Translate priorities into charters, roadmaps, milestones, and governance structures.
• Define outcomes, scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, decision rights, and success measures.
• Lead initiatives through full transformation lifecycle: opportunity to benefits realization.
• Establish program governance, integrated plans, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies across concurrent projects.
• Provide clear communication on progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across service lines, technology, data, vendors, and SMEs.
