Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager, Transformation Services within the PEPI practice to lead complex client engagements for private equity portfolio companies in the US. You will design and implement performance improvement initiatives, cost reductions, and organizational changes in collaboration with PE leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years in related work, an MBA, and experience with PE relationships; you will receive a strong compensation package including healthcare, a 401(k) plan, and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional industry or consulting experience implementing cost reduction programs, organizational restructuring, and / or cost structure improvements.
• Depth in a particular industry vertical is a plus.
• Experience working with PE relationships is a plus and experience in both professional services and industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex engagements for Private Equity leadership.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structure and optimize back-office functions.
• Synthesize insights to enhance EBITDA and operating efficiencies.
• Implement programs to reduce costs, including workforce changes and process improvements.
• Develop findings and strategic recommendations.
• Hands-on experience across margin management, S&OP, supply chain, organizational structure, and KPI metrics.
