Job summary
EY Consulting is seeking a Manager to lead transformation initiatives and bridge strategy with execution for client engagements. You’ll drive architecture design, governance, and program management within the Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice.
You will collaborate across TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy, leveraging Agile approaches to deliver measurable value while supporting growth and development opportunities within a hybrid, client-facing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with about five years' related experience or a graduate degree with four years' related experience.
- Approximately three or more years of consulting experience with client service delivery and stakeholder management.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and client delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives aligning with clients' strategic goals and oversee delivery.
- Design and deliver business and solution architectures, program management, and value realization.
- Collaborate with TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy teams across projects.
