Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in Tysons (McLean), VA, seeks a Consultant in Business Consulting - Transformation Architecture & Delivery at Manager level. You will plan, design, deliver and deploy transformation programs, connect strategy with execution, and lead diverse teams across industries.

You’ll work with leadership to manage engagements, nurture client relationships, and contribute to business development. This is a full-time role with extensive travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics or related field with 5 years of progressive work experience.
• Alternative: Master's degree with 4 years of related work experience.
• 4 years leading transformation Program/PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design.
• 3 years external client-facing consulting experience.
• 3 years professional services experience, incl. 1 year with a large multinational firm.
• 2 years external client-facing consulting in the commercial sector.
• 1 year engagement financial planning/management.
• 1 year supporting business development including POC/Proposal/SOW drafting.
• 1 year managing and developing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution.
• Plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions across multiple capabilities.
• Manage governance models (TMOs, EPMOs or PMOs) and monitor progress.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify BD opportunities.
• Lead diverse teams and provide performance feedback.
