EY in Tysons (McLean), VA, seeks a Consultant-Manager level for Transformation Architecture & Delivery. Join a globally connected team delivering end-to-end transformation across industries, managing client relationships and leading diverse teams.

This role is full-time with a hybrid work model and travel up to 80% (20% international). Requires a Bachelor's (or Master's) in a related field and 4–5 years of progressive transformation or consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or related field with 5+ years of progressive work experience, or Master's degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience leading transformation program design, PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design, and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across industries.
• Lead and motivate teams; monitor progress and maintain client relationships.
• Support business development through POC creation, proposals, and client presentations.
