Job summary

EY in Chicago seeks a Consultant - Business Consulting - Transformation Architecture & Delivery Manager. You will lead client transformations by linking strategy and execution, overseeing PMO/portfolio design, governance, and data analytics via dashboards.

Requires a related bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of experience; travel up to 80%, with 20% international. EY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience; or 4 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience leading transformation Program/PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design and at least one of: process design, maturity assessment, capability roadmap, end-to-end technology, business change, or PPM design.
• 3 years of external client-facing consulting experience in Business or technology consulting.
• 3 years of professional services experience, including at least 1 year with a large multinational firm.

• Plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions including governance, portfolio planning and data analytics.
