Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in Seattle is seeking a Manager-level Consultant for Business Consulting focused on Transformation Architecture and Delivery.

You will guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with leadership to plan, design, and deploy complex transformation programs. Responsibilities include governance design, PMO/EPMO capabilities, and performance reporting, with heavy client-facing duties and travel up to 80% (20% international).

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across industries.
• Plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions across capabilities such as demand intake, prioritization, budget allocation, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program and portfolio execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics.
• Provide maturity assessments, current vs. future state analyses and target operating model design.
• Design governance models (TMOs, EPMOs or PMOs).
• Manage and motivate teams of professionals; monitor progress and ensure delivery quality.
• Cultivate client relationships and business development opportunities.
