Job summary

EY seeks a Consultant - Business Consulting - Transformation Design and Execution at Manager level in Stamford, CT. You will connect strategy with execution, design governance models, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client transformations.

The role requires substantial experience in PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design, client-facing consulting, and development of PoC, proposals, and pricing. Hybrid work and global client exposure are expected as part of the EY experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of progressive consulting/work experience.
Experience leading transformation programs/PMOs/EPMOs/portfolios.
3+ years external client-facing consulting.
1+ year engagement financial planning/management.
1+ year supporting business development (PoC, RFP, pricing, SOW).
1+ year leading project teams.
Willingness to travel up to 80% (20% international).

Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across multiple capabilities.
Plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions for various industries and client teams.
Lead and motivate teams with diverse skills; monitor progress and quality of service.
Design governance models (TMOs, EPMOs or PMOs) and ensure governance discipline.
Cultivate long-term client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.
