EY is seeking a Transformation Architecture advisor in the United States to help government and public sector clients tackle strategic challenges. You will join multidisciplinary teams to align strategy, budgeting, and performance metrics, driving value and efficiency across engagements.

You will work with leaders, develop skills in Transformation Architecture, and have opportunities for professional growth within a flexible, hybrid model that supports diverse experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a leading university in business, finance, or other quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering).
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience designing and implementing enterprise strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communications and client service skills.
• Forward-thinking self-motivator who thrives on new challenges.
• Ability to structure abstract questions into manageable work streams.
• Must obtain and maintain a secret/public trust clearance.
