Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Stamford seeks a Consultant – Business Consulting – Transformation Design and Execution – Manager to lead client transformations across industries. Plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions including governance, PMO designs and data analytics.

This is a full-time role with Monday–Friday work hours, typically 8:30 am–5:30 pm, and travel up to 80% (20% international). The role supports a hybrid working model and ongoing business development.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across industries.
• Plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions including governance models (TMOs, EPMOs, PMOs) and data analytics.
• Manage and motivate teams of professionals and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Education
