EY US is seeking qualified professionals to support federal, state and local agencies in program management and transformation execution. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize scope, schedule, cost and quality across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera and with SharePoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% (federal/state practice) or 80% (state/local/education practice).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret/public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead a collaborative team environment on client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for organizational and process improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and build enduring stakeholder relationships.
• Stay current with industry trends and develop staff through leadership and mentoring.
• Support people-related initiatives and apply EY PM methodologies.
