Job summary

As a member of our Transformation Risk Team, you’ll work with government clients to support and improve a broad range of PM operations, including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement and metrics development.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera; SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on government program management engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and build durable client relationships.
• Help implement EY's portfolio, PM and project management methodologies.
• Develop staff through coaching and mentoring.
