Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals for the Transformation Execution Team within Government & Public Sector. The role focuses on program management across federal, state and local agencies, delivering value through process and technology improvements.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, time and cost, and build relationships with key stakeholders while leveraging EY PM methodologies in a hybrid work environment in the US, including California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge of PM processes, metrics and performance measures.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera; SharePoint familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collaborative team in client engagements.
• Analyze data to develop recommendations for process and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and build enduring client relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends relevant to government programs and projects.
• Support travel to client sites as needed; contribute to PM training and leadership development.
