Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies better manage programs and projects within our Transformation Execution Team. You will work on a broad range of PMO operations, applying your knowledge to deliver meaningful improvements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will also access robust PM training, leadership development and opportunities to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field required.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead collaborative client engagements across PMO, program management, and project governance.
• Collect and analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and maintain enduring client relationships.
• Support leaders and staff development through mentoring and coaching.
• Travel to client sites as required (up to 30%-80% depending on engagement).
