Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects within our Transformation Execution Team.

You will work on program management operations across scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management. Expect dynamic client engagements and opportunities for training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements (one year minimum).

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative, client-facing teams on government program engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop recommendations for process and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Communicate improvements to EY US portfolio management, PM and project management methodologies.
• Mentor staff and support people-related initiatives.
