Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies better manage programs and projects. Join our Transformation Risk Team to apply PM knowledge across diverse government engagements and gain exposure to leading practices in a global firm.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leverage PM training, and advance client outcomes while traveling as needed and working within a flexible hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera and with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collaborative team environment on client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for organizational and process improvements.
• Deliver high quality client services and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites as required (up to ~30–80% depending on project).
• Promote and apply EY PM methodologies and leadership development.
