Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. You’ll work in transformation risk, applying PM methods across scope, time, cost and quality while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

We offer a hybrid working model, access to PM training, and opportunities to develop leadership skills. Travel up to the needs of client engagements is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience
• Experience leading teams on engagements and managing PM activities (scope/time/cost/quality)

Responsibilities

• Participating in and leading a collaborative team environment on client engagements
• Collecting and analyzing data to develop recommendations for organizational, process and technology improvements
• Delivering quality client services and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Supporting portfolio management, PM and project management methodologies across EY US
• Mentoring staff and developing talent within the team
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 30%–80% depending on geography)
