Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects within our Transformation Execution Team. You will apply PM knowledge to diverse, high-impact engagements while working with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid hybrid model.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement across government programs, with travel and access to robust PM training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measures and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative client engagements with government clients and cross-functional teams.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for organizational improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and establish enduring stakeholder relationships.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and mentor junior staff on projects.
• Travel to client sites up to the needs of federal/state/local programs.
