Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help US federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. You will join our Transformation Risk Team to apply PM knowledge to meaningful engagements with government clients, leveraging training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and metrics development.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera and with SharePoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on a broad range of PM operations for government engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and build enduring client relationships.
• Support competency development and mentor staff across levels.
• Stay informed on trends relevant to client businesses and EY methodologies.
