Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies better manage programs and projects. As a Transformation Risk Team member, you’ll support PM operations across scope, time, cost, quality, and staffing, applying PM knowledge with multidisciplinary teams and top-tier training.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and pursue process improvements while building lasting client relationships; travel is required per project needs and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge of process improvement, stakeholder engagement, performance measures and metrics development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on government client engagements across PM scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Develop innovative recommendations and methodologies for organizational and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and build enduring stakeholder relationships.
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 30–80% depending on project and geography).
