Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help US federal, state and local agencies better manage their programs and projects. You’ll join our Transformation Risk Team to apply PM knowledge across complex projects for government clients.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with travel up to 30%–80%, contributing to process improvements, performance measurement, and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring staff and developing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead a collaborative client project engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations and methodologies.
• Deliver quality client services and establish relationships with stakeholders.
• Support portfolio management, PM and project management methodologies.
