Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. Join our Transformation Risk Team to apply PM knowledge across governance, scope, time, cost and risk in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

You’ll lead teams, develop data-driven recommendations, grow client relationships, and travel as needed to client sites, with access to training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, accounting, engineering or business-related field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
• Ability to travel and obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participating in and leading a collaborative team environment on client engagements
• Collecting and analyzing data to develop innovative recommendations for organizational, process and technology improvements
• Delivering quality client services and developing enduring client relationships
• Staying current with industry trends relevant to clients and leading junior staff development
