The role requires 4–5+ years in transformation programs, with travel up to 80% (20% international).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years post-baccalaureate related work experience, or Master’s with 4 years of related work experience.
• 4 years leading transformation programs and PMO/EPMO/portfolio design experience.
• 3 years external client-facing consulting experience in business or technology consulting.
• 3 years of professional services experience, including at least 1 year with a large multinational firm.
• 2 years external client-facing consulting in the commercial sector, plus 1 year in engagement financial planning/management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients deliver business transformations by linking strategy and execution across industries.
• Work with leadership to plan, design, deliver and deploy multi-capability solutions and operating models.
• Manage and motivate teams; monitor progress and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop business opportunities and support internal strategies like learning, recruitment, and go-to-market.
• Travel up to 80%, with up to 20% international travel, to meet client needs.
