Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a data analytics professional to enable business performance improvements. You will analyze data, understand operations, and support both recurring and ad-hoc requests related to spend, performance, and efficiency.

You will validate outputs, translate business questions into analytical approaches, and collaborate with Product and Engineering during backlog refinement and UAT. Strong SQL/Snowflake skills and media knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Technical understanding of data systems with Snowflake or SQL.
• Knowledge of the media landscape including Digital/Traditional media.
• Strong data management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/MBOX/Asana/Prisma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights and supporting recurring/ad-hoc requests related to spend, performance, compliance, or operational efficiency.
• Validate data outputs against source systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches with stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality issues and support root-cause analysis with product/technical teams.
• Draft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and reflect business workflows in data outputs.
