Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Manager, Data Management to lead data-driven solutions across marketing and media activities. You will bridge Digital Media, Marketing Sciences, and offshore technology teams, ensuring optimized campaign delivery and performance.

The role requires technical acumen, a focus on automation, and strong leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence for internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in data management, data engineering, data operations and/or business intelligence.
• 2+ years' experience in client-facing roles and managing project teams.
• Experience with multiple media channels and data governance processes.
• Strong emphasis on automation and data quality across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data strategies, technical solutions, and data governance processes to address unique business challenges and account objectives.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise among internal teams, offshore resources, and external partners for cohesive data integration and project alignment.
• Project & Process Management: Manage projects from requirements to completion with clear communication and timely delivery.
• Data Operations & QA: Oversee data integrity, harmonization, cleansing, QA, and reconciliation for accurate reporting.
• Campaign Oversight: Provide oversight of digital media data flows across channels and ensure standards are met.
• Innovation & Automation: Drive adoption of data operations methodologies and automation to improve efficiency.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide team members and foster continuous learning.
