Job summary

Brink's Inc is seeking a Change Management Manager to lead transformation efforts, developing structured change and communications plans that prepare and support employees through organizational changes.

You will collaborate with program and business leaders to ensure adoption of initiatives, delivering targeted communications and readiness plans, while minimizing disruption and aligning with transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Change, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in change management or related roles, with leadership of large-scale initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting business transformations, including operating model changes or transitions to global services.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and practices; Prosci or related certification preferred.
• Experience developing stakeholder strategies, including stakeholder mapping and targeted communications.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and coach leaders to lead through change.
• Strong project management capabilities and excellent written/verbal communication; AP writing style familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for enterprise transformations.
• Design and deliver targeted communication plans to inform and engage employees.
• Partner with leaders and program teams to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and readiness.
• Apply established change management methodologies, tools, and best practices for consistent execution.
• Facilitate change activities including framing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, and readiness assessments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change impacts and risk mitigation.
• Create compelling communications and storytelling to support transformation objectives.
• Manage multiple initiatives with timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate change management into program delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change and communications efforts and adjust as needed.
• Coach leaders to lead through change and reinforce desired behaviors.
