Job summary

Brink's Inc is seeking a Change Management Manager to lead and execute change and communications strategies as part of the Transformation Office. This role partners with program and business leaders to ensure adoption of transformation initiatives by delivering targeted communications and readiness plans.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, inform and prepare employees, and minimize disruption while enabling sustainable change outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Change, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in change management or related roles, with leading large-scale change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver targeted communication plans to inform, prepare, and engage employees.
• Partner with business leaders to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and readiness.
• Apply established change management methodologies and tools for consistent execution.
• Facilitate change management activities including framing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, and readiness assessments.
• Advise leadership on change impacts, risk mitigation, and engagement strategies.
• Create compelling communications and storytelling to support transformation objectives.
• Manage multiple change initiatives aligned to timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate change management into program delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, adjusting as needed.
