Qualifications

• Experience supporting business transformations and operating model changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of change management strategies for transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver targeted communication plans to inform and engage employees.
• Partner with leaders to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and readiness.
• Apply established change management methodologies and tools for consistent delivery.
• Coach leaders to effectively lead through change and reinforce desired behaviors.
