Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Change and Adoption Lead to direct enterprise change, enablement, adoption, and deployment across the Transformation Office portfolio.

The role sets the strategic direction for how transformation is introduced, understood, adopted, reinforced, deployed, and sustained. You will ensure each initiative includes a credible change strategy, readiness approach, deployment plan, enablement framework, and sustainment path before completion.

Qualifications

• Eight years of enterprise change leadership experience.
• Experience developing change methodologies, playbooks, and governance routines.
• Ability to advise executives on change risk and readiness.
• Experience creating adoption measurement and sustainment plans.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise change and deployment strategy for Transformation Office.
• Establish governance routines to surface readiness and adoption risk.
• Develop leader activation strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Create readiness, deployment, and adoption scorecards for leadership review.
• Ensure alignment of communications, learning, and tools with change initiatives.
