Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Change and Adoption Lead to define and govern the enterprise change strategy across the Transformation Office portfolio. You will craft readiness approaches, adoption measures, and sustainment plans, coordinating with executives and sponsors to ensure alignment and successful deployment.

You will build leadership activation, establish governance routines, and partner with Analytics to deliver adoption scorecards.

Qualifications

Eight or more years leading enterprise change, adoption, readiness, deployment, or transformation in a complex environment.
Experience building change methodologies, playbooks, tools, governance routines, and enterprise standards.
Experience advising senior executives on change risk, readiness, adoption strategy, and transformation capacity.
Experience applying knowledge of change management to drive stakeholder engagement, leader activation, communications strategy, learning integration, adoption measurement, and sustainment of change.

Responsibilities

Defines enterprise change strategy for the Transformation Office portfolio.
Establishes standards, methods, tools, and minimum expectations for change planning across initiatives.
Translates priorities into stakeholder-specific approaches that support readiness and sustained adoption.
Ensures change strategy influences scope, sequencing, governance, resources, communications, training, deployment, and handoff criteria.
Advises on adoption risk, leadership capacity, and organizational readiness with executive sponsors.
Creates governance routines making readiness, risks, and sustainment visible to executives.
