Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience leading enterprise change, adoption, readiness, deployment, or organizational transformation.
• Experience building change methodologies, playbooks, tools, governance routines, and enterprise standards.
• Experience advising senior executives on change risk, readiness, adoption strategy, and transformation capacity.
• Experience applying change management to drive stakeholder engagement, leader activation, communications, learning integration, adoption measurement, and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Defines enterprise change, adoption, enablement, and deployment strategy for Transformation Office initiatives.
• Establishes standards, methods, tools, and expectations for change planning across initiatives.
• Translates transformation priorities into stakeholder-specific change approaches for readiness and adoption.
• Advises executives on organization’s ability to absorb planned changes and set escalation paths for risks.
• Defines governance to visualize readiness, adoption risk, and deployment complexity for leadership review.
• Develops leader activation strategies and equips sponsors to own changes and drive adoption.
• Creates feedback loops to capture frontline sentiment and adoption barriers.
• Partners to build adoption scorecards and readiness views for leadership.
• Ensures readiness, training, communications, and sustainment are integrated into all initiatives.
