Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Change and Adoption Lead to drive enterprise-wide change, enablement, adoption, and deployment strategy across the Transformation Office portfolio. You will set strategic direction to ensure initiatives include credible change plans, readiness approaches, deployment and sustainment paths, and measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eight years of enterprise change, adoption, or transformation experience in a complex matrixed environment.
• Experience building change methodologies, playbooks, tools, governance routines, and enterprise standards.
• Experience advising senior executives on change risk, readiness, adoption strategy, and transformation capacity.
• Experience translating business and technology changes into practical adoption plans; strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Defines enterprise change, adoption, enablement, and deployment strategy for the Transformation Office portfolio.
• Establishes governance routines to make readiness, adoption risk, and sustainment visible to executives.
• Defines stakeholder-segment standards and leader activation strategies; equips sponsors to own changes.
• Develops readiness criteria and adoption measures; partners with Analytics to build adoption scorecards.
• Ensures communications and enablement are sequenced with milestones and training needs.
• Promotes continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and updating change practices.
