BDO USA is seeking a Change and Adoption Lead to drive enterprise change, enablement, adoption, and deployment strategy across the Transformation Office portfolio in Kalamazoo, MI. This role sets the strategic direction for how transformation is introduced, understood, adopted, and sustained.

You will define readiness criteria, governance, and stakeholder engagement, and partner with analytics to build adoption scorecards.

Qualifications

• Eight years of enterprise change, adoption, readiness, deployment, or transformation experience.
• Experience building change methodologies, playbooks, governance routines, and enterprise standards.
• Experience advising senior executives on change risk, readiness, adoption strategy, and transformation capacity.

Responsabilités

• Define enterprise change strategy and adoption plans for Transformation Office initiatives.
• Establish governance routines to monitor readiness, adoption risk, and deployment blockers.
• Develop stakeholder activation plans and leadership alignment across portfolios.
• Partner with analytics to build adoption scorecards and readiness views.
• Translate business, technology, and operating-model changes into practical adoption plans.
