Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Change and Adoption Lead to define enterprise change strategy across the Transformation Office portfolio and align governance with executive sponsors. You will anchor readiness, adoption, and sustainment plans, while guiding leaders through activation and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires eight years in enterprise change, strong facilitation, and the ability to translate strategy into practical adoption plans across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, focus in business administration, management, finance, organizational leadership, information systems, or strategy.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight (8) years of experience leading enterprise change and adoption in a complex environment, required.
• PMI/Prosci certifications preferred (PMP/CCMP/APMG/Prosci).
• Microsoft Office and portfolio management tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Defines enterprise change strategy for the Transformation Office portfolio.
• Establishes governance routines for change readiness and adoption risk.
• Develops stakeholder-segment standards and leader activation strategies.
• Defines readiness criteria and adoption measurements for milestones and handoffs.
• Ensures change resources are tailored to initiative size, complexity, and risk.
