Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Advisory Director Client Relationship Executive to accelerate Transformation growth through executive relationships, solution orchestration, and daily prospecting. You will mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and act as deal architect for integrated advisory solutions.

You will lead growth across Finance, Operations, Workforce, Customer, ERP, planning, and enterprise platforms while engaging boards and C-suite executives in pursuit strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive advisory/consulting sales or enterprise transformation experience with C-suite buyers.
• Proven track record building executive relationships and driving growth in a professional services context.
• Strong commercial acumen: qualification, pricing, negotiation, and storytelling.
• Ability to translate capabilities into scalable pursuit narratives and value propositions.
• Experience crossing strategy and go-to-market with client-service alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead active prospecting and originate new business with executive audiences.
• Develop and drive account strategy for priority clients and prospects.
• Shape proposals, pricing, and governance to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to assemble integrated advisory solutions.
• Maintain executive presence with board-level discussions and senior partners.
• Partner with finance/ERP/platform leaders to position integrated offerings.
