Grant Thornton is seeking an Advisory Director Client Relationship Executive to accelerate growth in Outsourcing through trusted executive relationships, solution orchestration, and proactive daily prospecting.

The role focuses on originating new business, developing executive relationships, building pipeline, and driving revenue growth with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI across shared services, finance, IT, HR, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall sales experience, 5+ years selling professional services to middle market and Fortune 1000, focus on BPO services.
• Proven track record as a top-producing salesperson with quotas.
• Experience hunting new logo accounts via networking, outbound campaigns, and partnerships.
• Ability to build pipeline and drive opportunities to close to meet/exceed sales expectations.
• Stays current on BPO trends and can articulate value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to acquire new clients through prospecting and sales activities.
• Generate demand and close sales from existing and new relationships.
• Grow recurring outsourced services revenue across middle market and Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Develop high-level executive relationships with C-suite decision makers.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to support opportunities and client pursuits.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and participate in pricing strategy and negotiation.
