Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Advisory Director Client Relationship Executive to accelerate Transformation growth through deep executive relationships and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

10+ years in advisory/consulting sales with C-suite buyers.
Proven success building executive relationships and driving measurable growth.
Strong commercial acumen: qualification, pricing, negotiation, and executive storytelling.
Translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions and scalable pursuit narratives.
Experience with ERP/platform modernization and operating model change.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Active daily prospecting across assigned accounts, targets, and markets to originate new business.
Lead Advisory account strategies and transformation roadmaps for priority clients.
Shape pursuits with pricing strategies to protect value and close deals.
Maintain executive presence with Partners and C-suite executives.
Align marketing to events, campaigns, and thought leadership to build pipeline.
Champion responsible AI adoption in pursuit narratives.
