Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated press operator to set up, run and monitor stamping presses up to 2,000 tons, ensuring parts meet quality standards and specifications. You will perform quality checks, document results, and maintain safe, organized work areas in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes accurate setup, teamwork, and adherence to production schedules. Prior press experience and familiarity with Plex systems are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year stamping press experience (Automatic Feed or Transfer).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stamping press to meet die-set up requirements.
• Monitor stamping run and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Perform quality checks and record data in ERP/Plex system.
• Load and unload steel coils and parts weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Complete paperwork and operator inspections for each shift.
