Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Secondary Press Operator to run and monitor stamping presses up to 800 tons at Plant 4 in Holland, MI. You will reference JES and Plex for production orders and stampings while ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

The role requires high school education, English proficiency, and the ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including weekends. Training and cross-training across centers are provided along with safety and housekeeping expectations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to work up to 12 hours per day including weekends.
• Previous stamping press experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor stamping presses up to 800 tons.
• Refer to JES and Plex for production orders and stampings.
• Load blanks and set up dies for quality stampings.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Cross-train across additional work centers.
