Qualificações

• RN license required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient placement and admissions for transfers and direct admissions.
• Facilitate MD-to-MD acceptance calls and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with admitting, EVS, case management to ensure timely admissions and positive patient experience.
• Provide role modeling for Family Centered Care and exceptional customer service.
• Assist in process improvement for patient flow and throughput.
