Qualifications

• ADN/BSN or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Two years of clinical RN experience required.
• Pediatric nursing experience required.
• Current AZ RN license or multi-state license before start.
• Current BLS certification; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers and direct admissions for Phoenix Children's.
• Coordinate patient placement and bed capacity across departments.
• Communicate with families and providers to ensure smooth transfers.
• Assist with prioritizing patient information and throughput to improve flow.
