• Coaches staff to review accuracy, collateral availability, approvals, and documentation.
• Monitors daily volumes and service levels; escalates capacity or risk as needed.
• Conducts QA reviews and provides feedback for brokerage/collateral transactions.
• Researches complex operational and client-related issues to drive resolution.
• Supports audits and risk actions, identifying process gaps for remediation.
• Shows understanding of end-to-end process flow and upstream/downstream impacts.
