Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented operations supervisor to oversee day-to-day collateral and transaction processing. You will coach the team, monitor performance metrics, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and support risk and audit activities to maintain quality service.

You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, escalate when needed, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing the work of team members.
• Experience validating data and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Experience coaching others to meet quality benchmarks.
• Experience managing high-volume workflow and SLAs.
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

Responsibilities

• Manage team workflow across multiple systems for collateral and Executive Equity Services processing.
• Provide coaching to influence performance and ensure accuracy, approvals, and documentation.
• Monitor daily volumes and service levels to meet time commitments and escalate capacity or risk.
• Conduct QA reviews and provide feedback on failures for brokerage and collateral transactions.
• Investigate complex operational and client-related issues to find root causes and drive resolution.
• Support risk management and audits, identify process gaps, and assist with exam preparation.
