Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing the work of team members.
• Minimum 2 years of experience finding numerical discrepancies and performing transaction research.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coaching others to meet quality expectations.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and meeting service levels.
• Proficiency in Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data interpretation.
• Experience escalating issues to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manages team workflow and executes processing across multiple systems for collateral and Executive Equity Services transactions.
• Provides coaching to influence performance and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor daily volumes, service levels, and performance metrics to meet timelines.
• Conducts quality assurance reviews and provides feedback for brokerage and collateral transactions.
• Researches complex operational and client-related requests and escalations to support resolution.
• Supports risk management and audit processes related to collateral and transaction processing.
• Understands end-to-end process flows and their impacts on related units.
