Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience finding numerical discrepancies, performing transaction research and ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows, adapting to changing priorities, balancing competing demands.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team, take ownership of complex assignments and exceed quality targets.
• Ability in Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, correct data labeling, and macro execution.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact per guidelines.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels to support efficiency and service.
• Analyzes and resolves moderately complex transactions, escalating when needed for proper resolution.
• Identifies risks and opportunities for process improvements by reviewing collateral calls and procedures.
• Demonstrates team-first mindset, balancing individual duties with team needs during high-volume periods.
• Understands end-to-end processes, controls, risk, and upstream/downstream impacts.
