• Experience managing high‑volume workflows and meeting SLAs.
• Proficiency in Excel functions and data interpretation.
• Experience escalating issues to senior management.
• Desirable: wealth management client service, collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day transaction processing across multiple systems.
• Coach the team to ensure accuracy, collateral availability, and documentation.
• Monitor volumes, service levels, and performance metrics; escalate capacity or risk.
• Conduct QA reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Investigate complex operational and client issues, root cause, and resolution.
• Support risk management and audit processes; assist in exam preparations.
• Understand end‑to‑end process flow and upstream/downstream impacts.
